Our delivery area encompasses the entire Grey-Bruce area. We deliver to specific areas on set days of the week and offer free delivery on items over $499*. Our deliveries begin at 8:30am and continue until all scheduled deliveries are complete, usually by 5:30pm.
Our delivery staff will uncrate or unpack and set in place the following types of items:
Furniture and Bedding, Refrigerators, Freezers, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers & Ranges
Televisions
Built-in appliances such as wall ovens, cook tops, and range hood fans will be left in the carton unless requested by the customer. Please note, you should only hire qualified technicians to install built-in and direct wire appliances.
Small electronics and appliances such as DVD players, microwaves, and air conditioners are considered cash & carry items unless they are part of a larger order.
We will attempt to contact all out-of-town deliveries the night before with an approximate drop-off time. While we cannot guarantee an exact time due to the large number of deliveries each day, you may arrange to have the Leon’s Owen Sound delivery driver call your home up to one hour prior to your estimated delivery time.
The signature of a person 18 years of age or older is required on all delivery slips and that person must accompany the delivery crew into your home. We will only enter unoccupied premises with prior written approval. If you are in a condominium or apartment building, please ensure that the elevator service is available.
